If you create it using this username you will be able to log in via the same password. If you create it using a different username, you won’t.

I have read the information from – timethief – and it pretains to me. I went to the url she posted. I am about to change the e – mail and name for the 2nd blog. However, I am hesitant because when I click – change for the blog name – a warning appears which states that the blog name will be permanently changed. The one I want to change the e mail and name on is my 2nd blog –

The thought of my writing blog being erradicated is overwhelming me. If I could get a little more detailed info I would do the next steps. I do have two emails – one for each.

Your situation is different because you already have two blogs registered under the same user name. So here we go from the top so you understand what your are doing and why at every step.
When we register a username account here the email address we provide becomes our unique identifier. When we are logged into WordPress.com and register a blog it’s registered to that username account we are logged in under and to the email address which is our unique identifier. We can register as many blogs as we wish and provided we are using the same username account then all the blogs will be registered under it and the associated email account. We can change our “display name” but that display name will appear on all blogs registered under the same username account.

Do not CHANGE the name of your current blog. Create an entirely new one using the New Blog button.

Okay – call me dense.
I have been through the items you listed here. I did those before you posted them here. I did them again to be sure. I went into – create a new account – too. I have tried everything. I must be doing something wrong. I just can’t figure out what it is. I have devloped cross-eyes from jumping from page to page. I have been at it ever since I started the blog approximately 2 weeks ago.
All I wanted was two separate blogs so that the bloggers who do not like reading my stories could go into my photographs. It was the main reason why I upgraded to avoid a mix-up. Now, I’m mixed up.
Honestly, I am a novice computer programmar/blog designer but have run my business for years on a computer. I even had a blog on Intuit. I just don’t get it.
Is there a phone number I can call so that someone can walk me through it. I would appreciate it.
