If i delete a user, will the posts disappear too?

    Hi I have moved my old blog over to a new URL but I want to keep my old username. I added the administrator name (the old user name from my previous blog) that i want and moved each post over to that name. Now I want to delete the user that is attached to the new URL, but it won’t let me. New posts I add are coming up with the name I don’t want. How can i make the new administrator name the default user? Is this something that can’t be changed?

    If I delete a user will the posts be automatically deleted too?

    Hope that’s clear! It’s a bit hard to explain :)
