If I delete my blog, will it affect me using the name on my wordpress.org hosted

  I have a hosted site with the same name as my blog (iviewbeauty.wordpress.com). I no longer want to use that name on my wordpress.com blog. If I delete the name from wordpress.com, will it affect me using the name on wordspress.org?

  No it won’t. WordPress.org and WordPress.com are two different entities. Please read the warnings and advice before deleting a blog. We can’t revert blog deletion for any reason.

  If you want to temporarily hide your blog instead, please use privacy option so only you and logged-in members of the blog can view it.
