If I delete my nameofsite.wordpress.com site will nameofsit.com site de deleted?

  I’m quite a newbie and I was trying to reserve a domain name. Anyway I ended up with a http://www.nameofsite.wordpress.com and a http://www.nameofsite.com.
  If I delete my http://www.nameofsite.wordpress.com, will my http://www.nameofsite.com be deleted?
  I wouldn’t want it to be deleted since I’m paying for the domain of course.

  If you have content on nameofsite.wordpress.com and nameofsite.com points (maps) to that content, then the both would vanish when you delete nameofsite.wordpress.com.
