If I download a theme (Spotless) how do I then apply it to my blog?

  Hi,
  If I download a theme (e.g. Spotless- http://fivebyfive.com.ar/wp-themes/spotless/) how do I then apply it to my blog?
  Do I have to have CSS to add the code?

  It’s not possible. Only the themes in your dashboard can be used on a wordpress.com blog.
