if I drop wordpress.com from my blog name will people be able to find me?

  How do I change my blog address after I’ve upgraded? I just need to drop the wordpress.com from whatthetravelersaw.wordpress.com ( no offense I love you guys) and will people with the old address find me?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I want to drop the wordpress.com from my blog. /will people still find me without it if they use the old address of whatthetravelersaw.wordpress.com? I have 300 new business cards with that address.
