If I have a lengthy blog post how can I make multiple pages within the blog ?

  I have a very lengthy interview piece and I want to be able to separate it by different pages. For example..every 4 paragraphs I want to insert a link that goes to the next 4 paragraphs and so on. I am wondering if that is possible?
