  If I pay for a Premium upgrade, will I have to continue paying the $18 yearly for the domain registration? It says it includes domain in the $99/yearly. This will also take care of the $30/yearly I’m paying for no-ads too I assume?

  Yes to both questions. Your no-ads and domain registration upgrades will be included in the $99/year WordPress.com Premium upgrade.
