  If i pay for personal plan, can i edit html tag for theme?

  i need to verification website for google with editing meta tag.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You don’t need to edit the html of a WordPress.com to verify it with Google.

  You can verify it in Settings →Traffic
