If I pay to upgrade storage once, do I have to continue to pay each year just to keep that upgrade? For example, I’m considering purchasing 10 more GB, but is that a one-time thing and then I’ll just have 13 GB forever, or do I have to pay again next year in order to keep my blog from going back to 3GB?
