if I purchase a premium theme on wordpress.com can it be used self hosted blog?

  i would like to purchase Organization theme for $69 but use it with sunrisenutrition.us wordpress. can i do this?

  Premium Themes are only licensed for use on WordPress.COM hosted blogs. they can not be exported for use on a WordPress.ORG install
