  Can I upload other plugin into my site? Can I access ftp of my blog?

  No plugin’s – no ftp for any upgrade short of the VIP program (starts around $ 30,000 / year) and not even sure if the VIP gets ftp for their money

  It’s a security and reliability issue – you can upload media (pictures and documents) however and visitors can download them – but you can’t do it using FTP
