If I purchased a pro upgrade but have existing upgrades in place?

  I already have a few of the upgrades on wordpress for my blog, but am interested in purchasing a pro-upgrade since it is a much better alternative than buying separately. How would this pro upgrade be applied, if I already have existing upgrades in place that expire at different times of the year?
