    Hi there,

    You can use WordPress at Bluehost, but you’ll be using the open source WordPress software, made by the community on WordPress.org. WordPress.com, where you’re posting now, is another hosting provider for that software, like Bluehost.

    You have your site connected to your WordPress.com account via a plugin called Jetpack. That would have been installed automatically for you on Bluehost’s end when they set up the WordPress installation for your site. That connection allows you to manage some aspects of your site from our end, and gives you access to some features that are unique to WordPress.com.

    But your site itself is not hosted on our servers, and not using our modified version of WordPress. So for help with your site it’s best to contact Bluehost support directly, or if you need general help with the version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
