If I register a new domain name, using a plan, what happens to my other webpages?

  Hi, I am a novice at this. If I get the $2.99 per month plan and change my sculpture website from ‘LBGrigsbyBeadwork.wordpress.com’ to something simpler, like ‘GrigsbyBeadwork.com’…then what happens to the websites I created and manage for my husband’s artwork and for his antiques business. Will they keep their current names, even though they are under my jurisdiction? (He’s even less computer-savvy than I am!) Thanks for any advice, Leslie

  They will stay exactly the same. WordPress.com upgrades and plans only apply to a single site. So if you purchased one for abc.wordpress.com it would not cause any change to your other site xyz.wordpress.com.
