    As written on the subject, i was wondering if I stop paying the monthly payment, can I still use my website or not.

    Can you please confirm what exactly you are referring here?

    Also please mention your site URL for which you need help.

    WordPress.com doesn’t offer a monthly payment system. All the domains n subscriptions are billed yearly.

    You can have a free WordPress.com site forever. You only upgrade if you want a custom domain (Personal), access to Premium plans/CSS (Premium), or plugins etc (Business). All those features would be removed if you didn’t renew your plan but the underlying free site would remain.
