If I upgrade can I have a bilingual blog

    I am a writer and I would like to write articles in more than one language (English and Portuguese, in a near future also in Italian). I am very interested in upgrading my blog. In case I do, what are my options with regards to the language.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    On WordPress.com there are no upgrades which would allow you to set more than one primary language for the blog. You couldn’t have your widgets, navigation tabs, dates, leave-a-comment and so on in more than one language. (Well, obviously you could do some of that manually and possibly with CSS upgrade—though I’m no expert there and can’t say for certain.)

    You could take a look at hosting your own site and using WordPress.ORG. There are lots of plugins available there so it would be worth you looking to see if any would suit your purpose.

    Some people have used two blogs on wp.com, one for each language, with custom menu links from one to the other. If they are both using the same theme it appears that it is one blog.
