If I upgrade my blog to 5GB will I be able to import bigger WXR files?!

Is the response missing a link? I want to move my self-hosted blog over to wordpress.com, but my exported WXR file is 13.2 MB, and WordPress.com only allows up to 3MB.
Will upgrading my WordPress.com account let me upload a bigger WXR file?

Superamit, as far as i know:
1) No, upgrading won’t let you upload a bigger file.
2) If it works the same was as selfhosted wordpress blogs, you wouldn’t need to upgrade anyway, as the WXR is a text file, it’s enough to split it in several smaller files, with a proper text editor capable to handle big text files (ie. Editpad Lite for windows, or TextWrangler for Mac, both free). -
typo on the third line: *was = way.
Oh, by the way, I hope all your pictures and media are hosted on a different server, because wordpress.com importer won’t import them for you.
You can upload all the pictures later, but you won’t preserve links this way, so you’d need to edit each post by hand.
