  If I upgrade to personal or premium plan and have a free domain, does it expire?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  All plans at WordPress.com are paid and charged annually or yearly basis.
  When you upgrade with one of WordPress.com plans you get a “free domain credit” which you can use to get a custom domain (.com , .blog) or either you map the domain for free if you already have one.

  Yes, plans expire after year and can be automatically renewed, and free domain name comes with plans and renewed with your plan.

  dearandtrue – Free sites that end in .wordpress.com do not expire. They are free :)
