    I had purchased my domain name elsewhere.If I go ‘premium’, do I have to include the text WordPress as part of my domain name?

    Hi there,

    It looks like you’ve already added a domain mapping to your account, but there are two steps to complete.

    1) You need to contact the registrar where you bought the domain and ask them to update the name servers for you. The name servers should be set to:

    NS1.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS2.WORDPRESS.COM

    NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

    2) After doing that, go to My Site ->Domains and click the Change Primary button at the top. Set the custom domain as your primary, and once the name server change completes your site will show at that domain.
