If I upgraded wilI I lose my subscribers?

  I am thinking of upgrading to have a full domain name.

  If I do will I lose the subscribers to my blog url currently? Or will they still be subscribed to the new domain (same blog)

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
