If I upgrage to premium plan, will the domain name change?

  I want to know if I could change the domain name when I upgrade to premium, and I want from meowlearnstoblog.wordpress.com shortened into meowlearnstoblog.com
  Will the content be deleted all?
  And if I stop subcription, what will happen to domain name?
  And if I could have new domain name meowlearnstoblog.com , is it forever?

  It’s totally possible and no content will be removed. Instead the default WordPress.com URL will redirect to the new domain.

  And if I stop subcription, what will happen to domain name?

  So long as the domain is registered, it will be available on the WordPress.com account.

  In order to set the domain as the primary domain, there would need to be a paid plan on the site.

  And if I could have new domain name meowlearnstoblog.com , is it forever?

  So long as the domain is registered and paid for, it’s available to set as the primary domain (with a paid plan.)
