  The starting plan is free. You get to have the access to almost everything which is required to have a proper website.

  But if you want to have your own domain name or want to install third-party plugins then you have to upgrade.

  Personal plan allows you to have your custom domain name and Business Plan lets you install the plugins and themes.

  If you’re starting out, the free is good. Once you understand the platform, you can always upgrade to get more features.
