If I was to start another WordPress blog, would my followers be transferred?

  Ideally, I want to start a new wordpress blog but transfer all 155 of my followers to that blog. Also, I don’t want anyone outside of my followers to know that my new blog is linked or associated with my current blog, is this possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
