If my Premium Plan expires, does that mean all my custom design edits go away?
-
“With Custom Design, part of the Premium Plan, you can make your blog look and feel exactly the way you want.
Customize the fonts in your theme with ease, apply a custom color palette and background pattern, or dive into CSS to make all the presentational changes you desire.”
I upgraded one of my sites to the Premium Plan and made several custom edits. If I don’t renew my plan after one year, will I lose all my custom edits?

Hello there,
If your Premium Plan expires, your site will be switched to the Basic (free) plan. You will no longer have access to the features included in your plan, but your site’s content will still be available.

So will my custom edits vanish or will they still be on the site. For instance, I changed my site to a custom blue/black color palette. Does that mean my site will revert from blue/black back to the original theme color when my premium plan expires?

@thegrandkaidbz – That is correct. If you do not renew your Premium bundle upgrade, your custom CSS edits will no longer be available. See here:

All upgrades on WordPress.com are renewed yearly. Should you choose to cancel your subscription, your custom fonts, colors, and CSS will no longer be applied to your blog. The revisions for your customizations will still be saved, but they won’t be visible on the blog’s front end unless you renew your subscription.
