If my theme upgrade is full of glitches, can I cancel it and get a refund?

I purchased the Delicious Magazine theme from Woo Themes in September 2011, so it’s well past the 30 day window for a refund, but I have found it to be impossible to make this theme look anything like the way it was advertised, and the Woo Themes customer support acknowledged that this theme is full of bugs which they haven’t been able to fix, so I would like to know if I can get a refund for this upgrade.

Unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund as it has passed the refund period.
