If somebody is not on wordpress , how can they like the blog write up?

  I have recently created my blog.
  And though people are being able to comment on it but no body is being able to like it.
  They are being asked to give WordPress user i.d and password, But they aren’t bloggers so how can they have the user id and log in to it.
  How do non bloggers like my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Only WordPress.com users can like posts.
  Alternatively you can connect your blog to Facebook and have people (that are on Facebook) like your posts.
