if someone does not have a wordpress account, how can they access a private blog?

  I have set up a blog. I want to keep it private. Can I allow access to the blog without each person setting up an account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Unfortunately, the short answer is no. Access to private blogs is controlled by WordPress.com accounts. When a person creates an account they do not need to create a blog.
