If we go premium can you use Iframe or does this have to be hosted elsewhere?

  Short answer: No.

  If you are familiar with HTML, you’ll notice that codes such as embed, frame, iframe, form, input, object, textarea and others are missing from the above list. Those codes are not allowed on WordPress.com for security reasons.

  Are you talking about the html tag? The iframe tag is not allowed on wordpress.com for security reasons. A paid upgrade will make no difference as it is still the same platform. See here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/#html-tags

  If you absolutely must have the ability to use that tag you’ll have to create a self-hosted wordpress.org site.
