If you access your page through the wordpress site, does it count as a hit?

When tracking the number of visits to your site, it stats that your own visits count toward your numbers. But if you access your blog through wordpress.com and sign in and go directly to dashboard, do you know if that counts as visiting your site?

WordPress.com stats does not track visits to the blog dashboard. Also visits from registered blog administrator are not tracked.
