iframe slide show not working in Triton-Lite

Can someone please help me figure out how to make an iframe slide show work in my posts on my blog? I try to paste it into the html, but it does not work when I test it. There is nothing wrong with the code, as the same code will work in my Blogger posts. But since I know longer blog there and use WordPress now {the Triton-Lite theme}, I need it to work here. Is it because there are limits on this basic theme? Would it work if I used the WordPress.org them instead of the WordPress.com theme? {or is it the other way around?} I thought of using a plugin to make slide shows instead, but I can’t seem to add customization via plugins, either. I am not happy with the gallery slide show that is available. I don’t like how vertical {portrait} images are sized, and the color of my images when brought in through WordPress are not as vibrant as they are if I use a flickr album/gallery. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I think you understood my question and answered it well. I don’t mind using WordPress’s galleries/slide shows. And I’d do so willingly if the color of my photos didn’t change when I bring them into WordPress. It’s only when I embed them via flickr that the true color and integrity of my photos remain. That is why I am looking into the use of an external slide show, like Flickr’s. Is there a known work-around to getting colors of photos to not change when uploading to WordPress?

You’re welcome. I haven’t noticed any color change in my images, but if you don’t mind getting your feet wet with a little bit of code in the Text editor, you might want to try this workaround for embedding flickr slideshows: http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2010/07/17/gigya-2-flickr-slideshows/
