  I understand I can’t add iframes into WordPress page. IS that because I’m using free version? If I upgrade will I then be able to add iframes? I read somewhere if your self-hosted​ you can.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Iframes is not allowed on sites hosted here at WordPress.com for security reasons, so no, it is not because you are using the free plan. There are other options for including videos in your site.

  If you self-host, you have much more freedom with the things you can put in your pages. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ explains some of the differences between self hosted and content hosted here.
