Ignored by wordpress when querying a payment

I looked for information everywhere to contact a representative from wordpress to query money that has been taken from my personal bank account by automattic. I got passed from one thread to another then ignored. It seems like wordpress want to bury their head in the sand regarding complaints. Why isn’t there a contact department for purchases? WordPress are good enough to take our money but not good enough to have a complaints or purchasing department that we can contact in privacy without having to resort to writing our complaint for the whole community to see

So I’m being sent back again to a thread with no help? I have moved all my money out of my bank account and deleted the plug in i think I am being charged for. Next year when my hosting is due for renewal I will not be using WordPress or any other platform without a traditional customer services department.

It’s not that WordPress.com is ignoring you in particular. Unfortunately not only is it the weekend but also many WordPress.com staff are away at their annual conference. Note that a member of staff couldn’t see any charges for this account you are using. If you could log in to the correct WordPress.com account that purchased the Jetpack upgrade you would be able to see it in “manage purchases”. Does this link help: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
PS: Note that if your disputed Jetpack subscription is connected to the site walkhiketrek.co.uk then that site is hosted by GoDaddy, not WordPress.com. -
I know godaddy is hosting but it is wordpress that are charging me. Anyhow I shall take a look at the link….
