  I cancel my purchases but dont get money back? How that is possible? I get only 1,5 eur back…..

  Hi there,

  As part of your plan your registered a domain, thetop5.me, and the refund period on domains is 48 hours. You cancelled the plan 4 days after purchase, so the domain was already past the refund period.

  But I’ve gone ahead and issued a late refund for the domain. You should receive the full refund amount in about 10 business days.

  i refund first time 1,5eur and refund 2.7 eur 07.04.2017.Its only 4,2 eur
