  Who offered me new website that we never opened at worldpress.com?
  Please, fix such an ‘offer’ .We continue to use with NameCheap http://www.gescinaselixir.com

  while there is no domain mapping – gescinaselixir.com – is registered with the name servers pointing to WordPress.COM – so something strange is going on

  this has already been flagged for the staff to help – they have some tools I don’t have

  please note – you can register a name like – kyourname.wordpress.com for free

  I’m seeing that Domain Mapping for gescinaselixir.com was purchased in Jan 2013 and was renewed every year until the renewal was canceled and the upgrade removed last month.

  What can I do to help you get this sorted out? Are you trying to get Domain Mapping set back up again so that you can use gescinaselixir.com with your WordPress.com site again?

  The notices should go to the owner of the upgrade, and they are the one that can also cancel an upgrade

  The only thing I try to do-run my website.
  Shall I change hosting company since troubles came from nowhere?
  Can I still use worldpress.com services- it is hard to get in touch with real persons .

  Also, Namecheap offer hosting services but at much higher price,right?

  To set up domain mapping again, log into your WordPress.com account and go to this URL:

  https://wordpress.com/domains/add/mapping/ovolki.wordpress.com

  Then enter gescinaselixir.com into the box and follow the instructions.

  Let me know if you have any trouble.
