  I am a novelist who uses WordPress to help spread word about my books. Recently I found out that a website ‘powered by WordPress’ allows visitors to download e-books without paying the authors. Some of these e-books, including mine, were put on that site without permission. Can it be taken down? This is not your average DCMA problem.

  since they are not hosted here – there is nothing WordPress.COM can do – the site looks vile – but they do have a DMCA page – but maybe going against the Registrar – host & advertisers would be the best – see below for help
