Illegal Content On A Website

a user of your website “Ben” owner of http://www.wrestling-network.net has been illegally broadcasting and selling material that is copyrighted by the World Wrestling Entertainment for over 3 years now.
He has been warned a few times about this but still continues to do it. He has been reported to the WWE (World Wrestling Entertaiment), Sky and the Federal Bureau Of Investigation (FBI)
Please either remove this website or delete it`s content

The site you ask about is a WordPress.ORG install and not hosted on WordPress.COM. You will need to submit the dmca forms to their host, not WordPress.COM

Yes, there’s nothing we can do if the site isn’t hosted by WordPress.com.
