Illustratr Featured Images Larger

Hey there! I was wondering if anyone could help me out with this. I’m using the Illustratr Theme. I currently have the portfolio tiles on my landing page but the featured images are quite small. I’ve tried using larger quality images, but the actual size/appearance on the landing page isn’t affected. I saw this site, using the same theme, and love the large icons/images. How do I get mine to appear this large? Thanks in advance!
