Illustratr: name under every portfolio item on front page?
-
Hello
Last January I made my portfolio using the Illustratr theme. Everything was very easy to set up and looked slick… Until I checked the website yesterday.
The homepage used to be the Portfolio, with just the image and project type showing. But now it also has my name under there too? It doesn’t show up on any other page, including the actual Portfolio, only on the front page. I myself didn’t change anything btw.
This is the code of my homepage:
[portfolio display_types=true display_tags=false display_content=false include_type columns=3]These are the settings in customization:
Hide title and content on Portfolio Page Template: checkedAnyone that knows how to get rid of the website’s name (ellenvanmulders) showing up under every item? Should I add something to the code, if so, what? I still want the title and project type to appear, just like it used to be, I only want my name removed.
Thank you!

Okay my bad, figured out I could (obviously) click “ellenvanmulders” to check what to add to the code. Turned out it was showing the author. Which is a nice new feature if you have several authors for a website, but useless for mine :)
For anyone with the same problem on their portfolio front page, this is my changed code:
[portfolio display_types=true display_tags=false display_content=false display_author=false include_type columns=3] -

This was actually a glitch, sorry about that! The portfolio project author should not have been displayed by default, and we’ve fixed that up. You can leave your shortcodes as is, if you like, it won’t change anything.
I’ve also updated the shortcode documentation to include the new author attribute.
