Illustratr Portfolio content type

It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.

Hi there,
the Portfolio Content Type is provided by Jetpack, so you’ll need to install the Jetpack plugin in order to be able to use it. See the Custom Content Types support page on Jetpack.com for more details.
