Illustratr theme: How can I move portfolio project titles above projects?

I’m using the illustratr theme and would like to know how to put the title of the portfolio projects above the project on the main page, instead of below. The website I am working on is: JacobMcOwanWrites.com

The order of elements on the page (like where the project title is shown) is part of your theme’s design. You’re welcome to further customize your theme’s design using Custom CSS, which is included in your WordPress.com Premium plan.
Support staff can help with basic CSS questions, but we’re not able to do advanced CSS design. If you need, we have tips for getting started with CSS here:
