Illustratr theme isn't the same as the demo

    Hi, I’m totally new to wordpress and am looking for a good free theme to test out before I buy one. I like the Illustratr theme but when I install it, the design is different to the demo. I want the posts to be side by side instead of on top of each other. Does anyone know how to do this? Thank you.

    Hi there!

    Theme’s do take some time to get set up to look exactly like their demo site. I can see that you’ve since switched to Orvis but, if you consider switching back, Illustratr has the following support documentation to help out:

    The items on its home page are portfolio items, rather than posts. You will need to set up a portfolio and assign the Portfolio Page Template to a page in order to replicate the look of the demo site’s home page.
