  Hi there,

  That site is not hosted on our servers, so we have no control over it and no way to remove your content from that site.

  It looks like they’re hosted by https://www.in2net.com/, so please contact that hosting provider directly for information on their DMCA process to get this content taken down.

  That’s wordpress’s job, that’s what i pay you for and i pay you for that not to happen. If you click my names on the site LDI services it goes to a hacked header of my site.

  Copyright is governed by international and local laws. The only person who has the right under copyright legislation to request that copyrighted content gets taken down, is the owner of that content, and that involves serving a formal DMCA takedown notice to the hosting provider where the content is hosted.

  We cannot submit such a request, as we don’t own that content, and we cannot remove the content ourselves because we don’t have any access to the servers on which it is hosted.

  I understand that it’s frustrating to have your content stolen, there is no way for us as your hosting provider to prevent that. If something is published on a public website, it can be stolen. At most you can make it more difficult for someone to steal your content, for example by adding watermarks to images.

  And we act on all valid copyright complaints we receive for content hosted on our servers, but this content is hosted on another provider’s servers over which we have no control.
