Im a beginner. Old site keeps showing up somehow.

  I am a beginner. Started months ago with http://www.highwayhank.com site. thought I got rid of it and quit. Months later, took first steps with http://www.weight4nobody.com site. Just tried to change domain name and didnt work so i changed it back to http://www.weight4nobody.com. However, I cant get to the http://www.weight4nobody.com/admin-logon page. it wont load. then, while trying, my old http://www.highwayhank.com stuff came up so Im all confused. please help
