I’m about to auto-renew a service that I don’t want, but I can’t find how to stop it…

  Hi, I get emails that I’m about to renew a G Suite for €76. I don’t want that anymore, but I can’t find it under ‘manage purchases’. How do I keep this from renewing?

  We have absolutely no history of GSuite licenses, purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  What was the domain attached to the GSuite license?

  Alternatively, if you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  Once you’re in the correct account, you’ll be able to disable the auto-renewal from https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.
