I'm an administrator but I can't renew my blog.

I can’t renew my blog and it’s about to expire. I have Administrator rights but I’m not the person who initially registered the blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Only the account that owns an upgrade can renew the upgrade.
You can get the upgrade owner to transfer the upgrades to you for the upgrade. If they have trouble with the transfer they can log into this thread as the upgrade owner and ask the staff (using small clear words – from – to – this upgrade) to transfer the upgrades to you

The upgrade owner is welcome to reply here or contact us directly for help with this. I see that this blog has several different upgrades on it, so please make sure the owner specifies which upgrades to transfer to you.

Hi, I’m the co-admin of the blog csirosolarblog.com, together with the OP sally. I have left the organisation so want Sally to get all the emails etc regarding future upgrades – renewals for several are due soon. But I only see an option to transfer the upgrade to another blog, not a different admin on the same blog. Can you help?
