I'm being billed for domain mapping for a domain I don't own or have access to.

  Hello–I was just billed for ‘domain mapping’ for a domain (vellummag.com) that I haven’t owned or have access to since 2014. The domain is not registered to my account or my email, and when I log in, I have no ability to cancel the service because it is not connected to my account in any way. Can I please be refunded for the amount? I cannot contact customer service to have this adjusted. I think it’s strange you’re the only company without a customer service line when you’re blindly billing people.

  I also think it’s weird you send people with an actual service issue to a group forum. This is not the correct way to be dealing with a financial issue.

  I can see the charge has been voided and I’ve also cancelled the subscription so this won’t happen again next year.

  This is because you’re not signed into the account that owns the domain mapping upgrade. It’s associated with a different user account. However I was still able to cancel the subscription because I can see it’s no longer in use. Thanks for letting us know!
