I’m being charged for an account that is FREE #modlook

    Hello,

    I have a FREE wordpress account.

    My profile name is:

    sandrasosaayahoocom

    @sandrasosaayahoocom

    My credit card has been recently charged for this account in the amount of $121.00.

    There are no active purchases in my account, no active upgrades, and the account clearly says it is FREE.

    May you please help me with this?

    Hi there, four years ago on these forums you asked about the site 100percentvisible.com It seems you need to be logged in with a different account in order to access it to cancel.

    If you don’t remember the log in information for that account, you can submit the recent transaction ID in the Account recovery form. DO NOT post that information here in these public forums, but only in the account recovery form. https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/
