Im being taken advantage of…..

    I signed up for a FREE 15 day trial. There was no way to stop it before I was charged. Now I’m being charged. Nothing is coming up in purchases either and it also says that here are no cards on file. AND there is no phone number to call for support. This is very frustration and really not fair at all….. I have not a clue in the world what to do at this point but it looks like my only option is to get my credit card company involved which I really didn’t want to do….

    We are actively running any trials. Entering the charge details in to https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ will verify if the charge is from WordPress.com. You will also be emailed a receipt of any charges. There is not any history of upgrades on the user account you’ve contacted us from.
