Im being threatened!

  Holla!

  I am being threatend by someone saying they will hack me with a programme called Pass Hacker 2.0!

  Although it occurs I am not that person who cares of these, as I have been threatened (And Hacked) before; I am still nervous. Here is the picture of the E-mail –

  Please ignore such threats, they are lying. You need to do three things to ensure your blog is secure:

  1. Don’t add Administrator users unless you want to transfer ownership of your blog to them.

  2. Use a strong password for your WordPress.com account. Go to http://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/profile.php and set one at bottom right if you haven’t already. At least 12 random letters and numbers is good. Dictionary words and names are bad.

  3. Use a different strong password for your email account, particularly if it is a webmail account like Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail.

  And for god’s sake, only post stuff like this once. Twice is twice too many.

  Next time, do a forum search first and you’ll see that Club Penguin bloggers get these threats all the time; what else can you expect from a game that encourages cheats? And if you’d read those threads you’d already know how to protect yourself.
